Christine Qin Yang

Project Coordinator, Connector Program

Christine joined Halifax Partnership in May 2015 as the Project Coordinator for the Connector Program working with international and local students. In her role, Christine is responsible for engaging and educating business leaders on the benefits of hiring young talent. The program also directly assists recent graduates with expanding their business network, and increases their chances of finding employment and internships in their field through that network.

Christine is originally from Fuzhou, China. She graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration. Prior to the Mount, she also graduated from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University with a degree in Horticulture. Christine comes to the Partnership with a background in international student recruitment and experience in English to Mandarin written translation. She loves meeting people, discovering new cultures, and new countries.
