Sasha Sears

Project Coordinator, Connector Program

Sasha joined the Partnership in early 2012, as the Project Coordinator for the Connector Program working with recent local graduates. In her role, Sasha is responsible to engage and educate business leaders on the benefits of hiring young talent. The program also directly assists recent graduates expand their business network and increases their chances of finding employment and internships in their field through that network.

Sasha is originally from Truro, Nova Scotia and is an avid traveller, having lived and worked abroad.  She graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce and has a background in human resources, marketing and client servicing. Sasha has worked across non-for profit, public and private sectors, and brings that knowledge and network with her to this role. 

In her spare time, Sasha is an active volunteer with ISANS and TEDxHalifax and enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as taking in live music shows or new restaurants in Halifax.
