Sasha Sears

Program Manager, National Connector Program

Sasha joined the Partnership in early 2012, as a Project Coordinator for the Connector Program working with recent local and international graduates. She now manages the National Connector Program (NCP), where she is responsible to provide remote and on-site training to existing and new NCP communities across Canada. Sasha also manages the communications and marketing of the NCP, including the website and interactive portal, social media, training materials and the facilitation of an annual NCP Learning Exchange.

Sasha is originally from Truro, Nova Scotia and is an avid traveller, having lived and worked abroad.  She graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce and Human Resources Management Certificate and has a background in human resources, marketing and client servicing. Sasha has worked across non-for profit, public and private sectors, and brings that knowledge and network with her to this role.

In her spare time, Sasha is an active volunteer with Fusion Halifax and ISANS and enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as spending time at her cottage or trying new restaurants in Halifax.
