Agenda Managers Inc. is a Canadian company, established in February of 1997 to replace and re-position On Site Meeting Planners Ltd. The creation of Agenda Managers was motivated by more than ten years of success through On Site Meeting Planners Ltd.

Agenda Managers is dedicated to offering products and services that dramatically enhance an organization’s meetings, events and special projects.  Agenda Managers’ services, can be divided into four categories:

·Meeting and Event Strategic Development
This service elevates an organization’s meetings and events as an integral component of its corporate objectives. Agenda Managers meets with senior management on an on going basis to develop a strategy that links the organization’s corporate objectives to a unique, focused, exciting meeting and event agenda. In turn, Agenda Managers consults on the design and delivery of this agenda.

·On-Site Logistics Management and Coordination
This service incorporates the extensive range of meeting and event services developed at On Site Meeting Planners, over the last 13 years. On site services address the planning, logistics and implementation of meeting and events developed by the client.
·Strategic Incentive Alliances
This service is specifically related to the role that meetings and events can play in an organization’s strategic incentive/performance planning.  The service is provided in alliance with other key service providers (travel agencies, hotels, resorts, etc) to form a package of services that act as a powerful addition to an organization’s reward system.

·Meeting & Special Project Consultation
This service is specifically related to the provision of meeting, planning and marketing expertise on a more limited basis. It is primarily designed to offer Agenda Managers’ meeting, events and tourism sector expertise in situations where the full range of services is not required. It is also used to leverage the problem solving and strategic planning skills and capabilities of Agenda Managers personnel in situations where projects require skills other than those limited to the delivery of meetings and events.  Agenda Managers has offered consultation services on projects related to tourism, convention, trade and investment, marketing, incentive planning and organizational development.
Agenda Managers’ headquarters is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The company has completed projects and has staged meetings and events that have occurred in all parts of Nova Scotia, Saint John, Fredericton, St. Johns, Ottawa, Toronto, Boston, Stavanger, Stockholm, Goteborg and Hamburg.
